The kickboxing school in Almelo where you can learn kickboxing in a fun way as a recreational athlete! We have 25 years of experience with Muay Thai/Kickboxing. At our school, it's not just about the martial art, but also about the physical and mental fitness of our members. Daily group classes, workshops, and one-on-one training are given to help members with their development and provide stimulating information about training, techniques, nutrition, and health. We strive for all our members to achieve and maintain their goals in the short term. This can be: losing weight, feeling fitter and more vital, becoming physically & conditionally stronger, having more self-confidence, being stress-resistant.
