Additionally, there is the option to hire a team, trained and consisting of trainers from Pendekar, for demonstrations. With years of experience, the trainers guarantee a high quality of lessons. This is particularly evident from the long list of A-class champions trained by Pendekar Rotterdam. These champions hold various national and international titles. Pendekar focuses on recreational athletes, but competition-level training is also offered. The emphasis is therefore not so much on competitions, which are primarily about performance, but rather on the personal development and training of the youth, recreational, and senior teams.
