In the heart of the Loosduinen district in The Hague, Katana Gym kickboxing club is located at Georges Bizetstraat 21 in The Hague. An accessible kickboxing school led by Sensei Mike Bekker with a membership consisting of ladies and gentlemen in all age categories (from 16 years old), from beginners to advanced. Kickboxing lessons take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening and are focused on technique, conditioning, strength and perseverance. Of course, at everyone's own level! Due to the small scale of the association, each member receives the attention they deserve to develop themselves as well as possible in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
