The most important thing about teaching is experience in the sport. Nowadays everyone thinks he or she can just teach kickboxing. I Sel Selder have been kickboxing for 39 years, started at Maeng Ho Breda, trained under Cor Hemmers, maker of many champions including the greatest Ramon Dekker. After having done 45 matches myself in which I was Dutch champion, I was interested in teaching from an early age and started teaching children at Maeng Ho together with Ramon Dekker. Some time later Ramon Dekker started his own gym (team dekkers) and he asked me to join the adventure.
