Brasa Team Holland provides training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Grappling. Brasa Team Holland is part of the international team of Brasa, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Brasa Team Holland is under the guidance of FELIPE COSTA, three-time world champion. With us you can practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling as a self-defense sport in exclusively recreational form, but also as a competitive sport by participating in matches at (inter-) national tournaments. Classes generally aim to train fitness, endurance and techniques, with the goal of improving health and enabling the person to actually defend themselves on the street.
