DOS is a socially engaged association with members who practice the beautiful (Olympic) sport of boxing. We exist through the voluntary efforts of our members, inside and outside the ring, and are affiliated with the Dutch Boxing Association. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we train in the gym of the community school, on the Nieuw Bonedijkelaan in Vlissingen. Opposite 'the Harlekijn' on the 'Pablo Picassoplein'. During the trainings the focus is on developing boxing technique, condition, strength, speed, explosiveness and timing. Would you like to start boxing?
