Our dojo is open to young and old, to beginners, as well as to people who have done martial arts before – whether it is judo, jiu-jutsu, tai-chi, bagua, karate, (kick/thai) boxing or taekwando. You are welcome if you just want to train regularly with a nice group of people – or if you want to learn what mind and body coordination really means.
