Leon's Boxing Gym is a boxing gym with a long history of Dutch boxing legends. Leon Jansen, son of boxing legend Aad Jansen, still runs this boxing gym with great passion and enjoyment to this day. You do boxing in Rotterdam at Leon's Boxing Gym!

My name is Avedis Minas, 38 years old, born in Rotterdam. I live with my wife in the village of Moordrecht and I am the father of 3 beautiful boys. Sports have always been my passion since my youth and I still do it with passion and enthusiasm to this day. After my high school years, I went to the MBO Zadkine sports & exercise training and through this I started to specialize more and more. I was active as a tennis teacher for youth and fitness instructor at various fitness/sports schools in Rotterdam, Capelle a/d IJssel, Berkel en Rodenrijs and Gouda. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2004.

Martial arts and Fitness is uniquely combined in Lansingerland within one club: MartialFit gym. Everyone can play fanatical sports with us in a fun, pleasant and safe environment. The mutual respect, working together on goals and helping each other grow from martial arts, is translated in all our activities and makes us unique in the entire region! Martial arts at MartialFit has a recreational character and we do not train directly for competitions but make no mistake we do train fanatically and it is really kickboxing and MMA what we do! We also give a lot of attention to the execution of kickboxing techniques in our boxing training. We take a unique approach to martial arts so that everyone can go to work/school the next day in one piece.

Personal- and small group training built on the basis of your goals and wishes. Both Boxing and Fitness training sessions are tailor made and with the best programming and materials.

The goal of our club is to practice boxing in a recreational and sporting way: not against each other, but with each other. Sportsmanship is highly valued at our club, whether you're young or old, big or small. Boxing is a self-defense sport that is practiced in the gym or in the ring—not outside or on the streets. Our club mainly consists of amateurs, but there is also the opportunity to compete in matches. If you're interested, just let the trainers know.

Let everyone enjoy sports!’; this was our driving force when we founded Jayra Sport in 2005. Three things are very important to us: knowledge of the subject, continuous quality, and respect for each other. Jayra Sport is the specialist in recreational Judo, Karate, Krav Maga, Boxing, and Kickboxing! We offer these lessons in Rotterdam Kralingen for both children and adults in a recreational setting. Children can come to us from the age of 3! Sports is our passion and we enjoy sharing our knowledge about it. We strive to ensure that everyone enjoys sports with us, continues to do sports, and develops.
