Team Smits is a young and talented team that was founded in April 2008. Team Smits is located in Tilburg and has a number of youth and senior fighters. Fun is central to us. For competitions, we have special competition training, sparring training, and pads training. Do you want to work on your fitness and learn boxing techniques as well? Lessons are given every day except Sunday. Both recreational and competition fighters are welcome with us. We offer Muay Thai lessons from the age of 4 and MMA lessons from the age of 6. You can also come to us for 1 on 1 guidance, children's parties, boxing bag, kids self-defense, and personal training. Keep an eye on our timetable for new lessons regularly. Kickboxing school Balans Gym has been a well-known name in and around Tilburg for over 15 years. We offer kickboxing lessons for young and old, beginners and advanced. Boksing Tilburg is a household name as a (Kick)Boxing school in Tilburg. An authority when it comes to martial arts, personal training and group lessons. For young and old and for men and women!

As a member of an official JJF training location, you are allowed to train at all JJF training locations in the Netherlands. Seminars (guest lessons) are organized that you can participate in, and twice a year, a central training session is held at Papendal for all JJF members. During the central training, belt promotions are also conducted by JJF head coach Mathieu Peters, the first Dutch BJJ Black Belt. All our BJJ and MMA fighters are free members of the JJFIA! The JJFIA provides the gym with a well-balanced training program, curriculum, and coaching courses, ensuring that we can optimally guide and train all athletes. As a member, you have access to the JJFIA website, where you can find hundreds of technique videos, belt promotion requirements, home workouts, discounts for seminars, free participation in central training sessions, and free participation in the technique exam for your next belt.

Since 1984, the kickboxing club Maeng-Ho has been a well-known name in Breda. Our sports club is open to anyone who wants to learn the finer points of kickboxing, compete in contests, or just work on their fitness. The atmosphere at our gym is friendly, but we train hard. Everyone is challenged at their own level to get the best out of themselves. There are different types of lessons: a mixed group, a group for children, and a special women-only ladies group.

Albert Kraus, also known as "The Hurricane," is a Dutch kickboxer who was born on August 3, 1980. He has made a name for himself with his achievements in the world of kickboxing and Muay Thai. As a former K-1 World MAX champion in the 70 kg weight class, Kraus has won numerous titles and awards. He is respected as a leading personality in the Dutch kickboxing world. Gradus Kraus wants to follow in his father's footsteps. Today, Albert is the coach of his son Gradus. When you enter the AK Sports gym in Oss, you see reminders of Albert's impressive career everywhere: awards, championship belts, photos and newspaper clippings that testify to his success. But the new generation also makes a strong impression.

Thai boxing has given me so much and I am grateful for it. I love the sport, it makes you stronger, resilient and teaches you to master your fears. I have been in this sport for more than 33 years and I wish to do this my whole life. It is for me an honour to pass on my knowledge and experience and help my trainees to get the best out of themselves.
