Since 1984, the kickboxing club Maeng-Ho has been a well-known name in Breda. Our sports club is open to anyone who wants to learn the finer points of kickboxing, compete in contests, or just work on their fitness. The atmosphere at our gym is friendly, but we train hard. Everyone is challenged at their own level to get the best out of themselves. There are different types of lessons: a mixed group, a group for children, and a special women-only ladies group.

The Pink Boxing and Cross Boxing programs offer the perfect workout to stay in shape, lose weight, and/or improve conditioning. Pink Boxing and Cross Boxing offer the best of two disciplines: Advanced techniques from boxing, without physical contact, combined with functional circuit training. These programs also have the perfect balance between hard training and having a lot of fun. It is challenging, cool, hip, and above all accessible for a wide audience.
