The driving force behind our gym is world champion kickboxer Fred Royers. Initially, the concept of "elite sports" came first. That had to be the case with nine A-class kickboxers walking around here. But of course, we also need our youth and "nachwuchs" (youth development) and we are developing ourselves in terms of breadth to other combat sports for different target groups. We invest a lot in this. And so we have broadened our perspective. "Broader" thinking, combat sports and at the same time working hard but injury-free in the gym. Making combat sports accessible to an even larger group!

More peace, a physically flexible body. Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art, movement art and art of living. The practice is tailored to the contemporary Western man, without changing the original principles. Practitioners learn to relax under pressure, which gives them a choice again and makes them more resilient. Aikido has an extensive system of martial art techniques, in which both unarmed and armed attackers are neutralized.

We are Aisha and Stacey, we started the AJJA Foundation in 2021 to introduce more Arnhemmers to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Meanwhile, this has grown into a fine team where everyone has different goals such as challenge, motivation, self-confidence, resilience and fitness building. We provide training for men and women aged 16 years and older. The door is always open to anyone who wants to see what our training looks like, or to get acquainted with us and team AJJA. With us you can join fitness but also group kickboxing classes of both punching bag and technique training. We are open 7 days a week. House of Champions is a fight academy for A and B fighters, with a longer term vision. We work together to build a career or further develop your career. We can be found on stages such as Glory and Enfusion. You will be professionally supported by our experienced trainers.
