Aikido is a self-defense art suitable for young and old, men and women. You train together and at the same time for yourself at your own pace and according to your own ability. As a student of Aikido-Almere you follow the lessons in the Dojo on the Amsterdamweg in Almere-Stad. There are 4 lessons per week for youth, adults and combined lessons. We are a Judo club for everyone. At Almere Maru you can practice judo at a recreational level but also if you want to compete. Days Gym is a gym specializing in kickboxing, personal training and fitness. Founded by coach Dayon Mungra, this gym is located in Almere. Dayon who also recently became a trainer for the Mike Tyson Academy, is known for his energetic and motivating training sessions.
