The driving force behind our gym is world champion kickboxer Fred Royers. Initially, the concept of "elite sports" came first. That had to be the case with nine A-class kickboxers walking around here. But of course, we also need our youth and "nachwuchs" (youth development) and we are developing ourselves in terms of breadth to other combat sports for different target groups. We invest a lot in this. And so we have broadened our perspective. "Broader" thinking, combat sports and at the same time working hard but injury-free in the gym. At PR-boxing Arnhem, we always train in small groups of up to 10 people. This makes our lessons ideal for recreational athletes, boys/girls, ladies and gentlemen aged 10 to 75.
