Sports center Woerden is a complete fitness center . Sports center Woerden also has the quality mark of the Martial Arts Authority. It is a gym where various group classes are given, including kick fun, boot camp, circuit training etc. We also specialize in Kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. We also give classes in boxing, Youth Kickboxing and Ladies Kickboxing.

In 2020, we started providing itinerant personal training and group classes. After being allowed to teach classes everywhere and nowhere, we moved into an 80m2 space after a very long time of odd jobs. This allowed us to offer clients a space where they could train in peace and quiet. After a while we were allowed to roll up our sleeves again to enlarge the space to 160m2! Truly a milestone for us... Less than a year later, it started to gnaw at us to offer more people the opportunity to train in a place where you can be yourself, where you don't need to be ashamed and where making mistakes is allowed. We broke through some walls and took on a big challenge: setting up a gym! Meanwhile, we have expanded even more and the gym covers +/- 400m2 and we are really starting to create a community for Linschoten and Harmelen! Meanwhile, we teach almost all target groups, think of people with disabilities, the elderly, young people and children! We hope to welcome you soon at one of our clubs!
