At Zeeuws-Fit, team spirit is central. Kickboxing and functional strength training are a team sport here. Together, we work to make individual progress possible. We offer training for young, old, enthusiastic, less enthusiastic, beginners and advanced. Everyone trains at their own level. We try to keep the threshold to this great sport of kickboxing low and make everyone fitter in our gym.

Karkach Gym is a gym where attention is paid to resilience/aggression regulation or dealing with aggression. Thai/Kick Boxing is part of this, also in competition form.
