VT BJJ has been developed as a way to communicate the message about the importance of proper, legitimate and complete Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction. The VT BJJ Academy offers outstanding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training programs dedicated to quality and professionalism. VT BJJ is dedicated to the development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and producing true champions inside and outside the academy.

Combat Fitness is Vermont’s premier, SafeSport certified, locally owned, Mixed Martial Arts facility. We are proud to provide Winooski with progressive training programs and a cooperative instruction system designed to create a community of men, women, and youth interested in developing themselves through martial disciplines, fitness programs, and athletic competition. We offer a variety of programs for all skill levels for Western/American Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and pro-style Kickboxing; including active competition teams. We also have three personal fitness trainers on staff well versed in creating rehabilitative or generic fitness programs to fit every individual’s sport-specific or fitness needs.

Recon is a nonprofit fitness and martial arts gym in Westbrook, Maine committed to empowering and connecting our community through BoxFit, Boxing, Striking, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Submission Grappling (Jiu-Jitsu), and Cross-training. Our memberships have been made affordable to lower the barrier of entry for interested men, women and kids so that Greater Portland can have the opportunity to learn and be impacted by these incredible sports in a supportive, family-oriented community.
