At Ashido Karate Veendam we teach Kyokushin Karate. This is a full-contact karate style. Besides the kicking and punching which characterizes Kuyokushin Karate, much attention is paid to jiu-jitsu and self-defense.

Athlete Club is the gym of Veendam when it comes to fitness and martial arts. With us you get martial arts training from Dutch champions and fitness training from certified trainers.
