Three things are very important to us: knowledge of the subject, continuous quality, and respect for each other. Jayra Sport is the specialist in recreational Judo, Karate, Krav Maga, Boxing, and Kickboxing! We offer these lessons in Rotterdam Kralingen for both children and adults in a recreational setting. Children can come to us from the age of 3! Sports is our passion and we enjoy sharing our knowledge about it. We strive to ensure that everyone enjoys sports with us, continues to do sports, and develops.

Since our founding in 2014, Chong Hong Rotterdam has been the place where taekwondo is not only about physical strength, but also about mental growth and self-confidence. Led by two experienced trainers, we help our members become stronger, both physically and mentally. Our training focuses on improving fitness, strength, agility and movement, but we also pay close attention to self-control and mental toughness.
