Tabonon (Thai Boxing North East Netherlands) is the largest martial arts school in the East of the Netherlands with 67 employees spread over 3 locations. Tabonon offers kickboxing, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), grappling and BJJ. Yoga, strength training and personal training are also offered. Tabonon also offers in-house training as a martial arts teacher (CIOS) and a module the kick of kickboxing (Calo, Windesheim). Tabonon also provides psychomotor therapy, various workshops and children's parties.

Under atmosphere we understand that we like to keep the gym personal, we are a group where everyone belongs. Tabonon is more than just sports, think of the outings or the cozy cup of tea after class. Fight Academy Almelo is a sports academy specialized in Kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we offer various group classes. We have over 650m2 of which 450m2 (dojo) training space equipped with special sports mats, 26 punching bags, an Olympic boxing ring, sauna, cardio and strength equipment. We have a cozy canteen and separate locker rooms (men / women) with shower facilities. At our academy, we create a low threshold so that everyone, from recreational to competitive athletes, feels at ease. Therefore, everyone is welcome at our academy: young, old, man or woman.

Capoeira has its own logic and unique body language. Two players challenge each other in a circle of fellow players making music: the Roda. A smooth attack, usually a twist kick, is evaded by ducking away or turning with it. By clever and creative play, the opponent can eventually be trapped or swept under. Acrobatics make the game even more beautiful and spectacular. Yet capoeira is not a competition. The purpose of the circle is to create a positive energetic atmosphere with the whole group where all players show their best side. Want to know more? Fit-Fight Dojo is a martial arts school that specializes in kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we have also started to focus on other martial arts-related training, including functional strength training. These training sessions are designed so that everyone can participate and get the most out of them. Fit-Fight Dojo is accessible to everyone and can be trained for recreation or at a competitive level. Young and old, everyone is welcome in our Dojo and in the Box.

On May 18, 2021, we were able to use our facility for the first time ever! We remain positive and are convinced that Centurion Sports has become one of the most beautiful sports clubs in Twente despite everything. I am Karolik I am 21 years old,I live in Emmeloord.Outside school I am only busy with my sport (Thai Boxing) I train every day , I train at the gym Budo Centrum NOP. My trainer is Boy van Veen.
