The driving force behind our gym is world champion kickboxer Fred Royers. Initially, the concept of "elite sports" came first. That had to be the case with nine A-class kickboxers walking around here. But of course, we also need our youth and "nachwuchs" (youth development) and we are developing ourselves in terms of breadth to other combat sports for different target groups. We invest a lot in this. And so we have broadened our perspective. "Broader" thinking, combat sports and at the same time working hard but injury-free in the gym. Making combat sports accessible to an even larger group!

We are Aisha and Stacey, we started the AJJA Foundation in 2021 to introduce more Arnhemmers to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Meanwhile, this has grown into a fine team where everyone has different goals such as challenge, motivation, self-confidence, resilience and fitness building. We provide training for men and women aged 16 years and older. The door is always open to anyone who wants to see what our training looks like, or to get acquainted with us and team AJJA. At PR-boxing Arnhem, we always train in small groups of up to 10 people. This makes our lessons ideal for recreational athletes, boys/girls, ladies and gentlemen aged 10 to 75. The name Lawa's Gym comes from owner Matthieu Lawalata's last name. LAWA at the same time at our gym stands for Learn, Absorb, Work, Achieve. Learning together from and with each other (Learn), absorbing it into yourself so that it really becomes something of your own (Absorb), working with it and working hard (Work) and achieving your goals, whatever they may be, together (Achieve). All this in a safe and fun learning environment where Respect, Discipline and Perseverance are the pillars in our lessons. The warrior in the logo is derived from the Moluccan roots of owner Matthieu Lawalata and symbolizes a Moluccan warrior. The warrior of course also applies to the Martial Arts/Self Defense in which we teach. Fighting is in the broadest sense of the word. Fighting for more confidence, fighting to feel fitter or fighting to make yourself more resilient and stand up for yourself, fighting during competitions etc. Together we fight to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Agoge Jiu Jitsu (AJJ) stems from Jiu Jitsu Factory (JJF) and also competes at tournaments under this name. Jiu Jitsu Factory started out as a small group of schools led by Mathieu and Willem.

Days Gym is a gym specializing in kickboxing, personal training and fitness. Founded by coach Dayon Mungra, this gym is located in Almere. Dayon who also recently became a trainer for the Mike Tyson Academy, is known for his energetic and motivating training sessions. When walking into the gym you already notice the atmosphere; it's like one big family!

Central Gym Utrecht is a family gym where the whole family can have fun and get fit under the guidance of highly skilled instructors.

Fightingclub van Dams was founded 20 years ago by Lloyd van Dams. We offer (kick)boxing classes for all age groups and for all levels. It is possible for both competition fighters and recreational fighters to train several days a week. We offer kickboxing classes for all age categories and for all levels. Winning is our motto. We train based on the competition principle! You can start at any level and with our intensive program we will teach you the basic principles within three months. After that, we can start making progress!

Fight Academy Almelo is a sports academy specialized in Kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we offer various group classes. We have over 650m2 of which 450m2 (dojo) training space equipped with special sports mats, 26 punching bags, an Olympic boxing ring, sauna, cardio and strength equipment. We have a cozy canteen and separate locker rooms (men / women) with shower facilities. As a member of an official JJF training location, you are allowed to train at all JJF training locations in the Netherlands. During the central training, belt promotions are also conducted by JJF head coach Mathieu Peters, the first Dutch BJJ Black Belt. All our BJJ and MMA fighters are free members of the JJFIA! The JJFIA provides the gym with a well-balanced training program, curriculum, and coaching courses, ensuring that we can optimally guide and train all athletes. As a member, you have access to the JJFIA website, where you can find hundreds of technique videos, belt promotion requirements, home workouts, discounts for seminars, free participation in central training sessions, and free participation in the technique exam for your next belt.

Yamato Gym is the sports club in Weesp where men, women and children enjoy working out together on a daily basis. Yamato Gym is known for its friendly atmosphere and its appealing way of teaching. Fit-Fight Dojo is a martial arts school that specializes in kickboxing. In addition to kickboxing, we have also started to focus on other martial arts-related training, including functional strength training. These training sessions are designed so that everyone can participate and get the most out of them. Fit-Fight Dojo is accessible to everyone and can be trained for recreation or at a competitive level. Young and old, everyone is welcome in our Dojo and in the Box.
