However, there is more, our body needs movement and better is a total work-out, SFC wants to contribute to that by offering a complete program of sports which is affordable, practiced in a pleasant atmosphere under professional personal guidance. Aikidojo Poort is the association for aikido in Almere Poort. Aikido is a Japanese martial art that was developed over a hundred years ago. With aikido you learn to defend yourself with techniques instead of aggression and you develop control of your body in a relaxed way. We organize aikido lessons in Almere Poort for youth and adults.
