Our goal is to make as many women and children as possible more resilient, so that they can go through life with a safe and confident feeling. With Amsterdam Kickboxing you train at the nicest places in Amsterdam. For example, the large group training sessions take place on Museumplein under the roof of the Stedelijk Museum. When you choose the smaller group training: DUO training and 4-person training, the location options are more extensive. With a personal training program you will train at an outdoor location of your choice within the ring of Amsterdam. For both DUO training and personal training, Amsterdam Kickboxing also offers the possibility to train indoors.

Spallys is the place to be in Amsterdam for technically challenging and especially fun (personal) kickboxing training. The martial art has become increasingly popular in recent years and is now offered at many gyms as a group lesson.
